Technical Meeting in Oslo

April 15, 2016 - posted in News

With blue skies and unseasonably warm weather, the IMPROVER project met with several living lab partners at the Port of Oslo on the 28th of January 2016 to discuss project goals and communication practices, as well as hold an expert elicitation.

In the morning, Project Coordinator David Lange presented the IMPROVER project to Camilla Furuholmen from the Port of Oslo, Kurt Benonisen from St1, and Tom Ivar Hansen from DSB.

Camilla Furuholmen then presented an overview of Oslo Harbour. This was followed by a semi-guided interview, where living lab partners were asked about their public stakeholders and how they interact with the public.

A lovely traditional Norwegian lunch was served, during which Tor Arne Elvrum and Marius Gabrielsen Ørbog of Oslo Fire and Rescue Service joined the meeting. After lunch, the expert elicitation exercise was introduced and the whole group started to run through it.

It was a very successful meeting filled with fruitful exchanges thanks to our Oslo living lab partners!
